Matthews Benjamin offer both short- and long-term tenancies on a wide range of properties. Properties vary from 1 bed apartments right through to 4/5 bed detached houses.
Unfortunately, student housing is NOT a service we provide.
A standard assured shorthold tenancy would be subject to a minimum 6-month fixed term. However, longer fixed period may be negotiated.
Five weeks’ rent. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
The Tenancy Deposit Scheme is an independent Government Approved scheme which will protect your deposit.
Viewings are subject to availability and can be booked direct through one of our dedicated agents. All viewings can be booked either by phone, email or by popping into your local branch.
Matthews Benjamin Lettings recommends that you should have adequate insurance cover (minimum cover £2,500) when undertaking a tenancy, so that any accidental damage to the Landlords furniture, fixtures and fittings in the property is covered along with your own belongings.
