Welcome to this stunning five bedroom detached barn conversion located in Bleasdale, set in the Forest of Bowland which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Presenting a unique and exciting opportunity for families looking to escape to an idyllic rural setting. The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside, enjoying wonderful views over the rolling fells. This attractive detached home is set within approximately three and a half acres including three stables, tack room and small paddock.

Bleasdale is a village and civil parish in the Wyre district of Lancashire, and the village is a popular destination for walkers, cyclists and visitors. The nearby town of Garstang, just 7 miles away, has a host of amenities including supermarkets, post office, local pubs and shops. The property itself is on the boundary of the Ribble Valley with easy access to the picturesque, busy village of Chipping. The towns of Longridge and Clitheroe are also 7 miles and 14 miles away respectively and the M6 at Junction 32 is 25 minutes. The Inn at Whitewell, Derby Arms, Aspinall Arms, Three Fishes, Northcote Manor and the Italian Orchard to name but a few are some of the local favourite restaurants. There are two primary schools in Chipping and senior schools in Garstang, Longridge and Clitheroe. Nearby Stonyhurst is one of the UK’s leading Catholic boarding and day schools.

A private lane leads up to the property, bounded by local countryside. Entering the house you are greeted by an inviting hall, here there is space for occasional furniture, an abundance of natural lighting and a breathtaking view of 432m Parlick Fell. The high ceiling and exposed stonework create a beautiful first impression. From here you can access two of the reception rooms, first the living room to the left. The large yet cosy space has an open multi-fuel fire set within a beautiful stone surround and the attractive original oak beams give a charming and rustic feel. The second reception room is a dining room, at the other end of the hallway, which has space for formal dining furniture. You can access the WC from the hall so it is ideally located at the main entrance to the property. The heart of any home, the bespoke Clive Christian kitchen is well proportioned and makes for an inviting space that is filled with warmth thanks to the four-oven AGA. The kitchen comprises a full range of wall and base units, a pantry cupboard and integrated fridge and freezer. The traditional kitchen centered around the electric AGA, has exposed oak ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles. Leading from the kitchen is a very useful utility room with cupboards, an original Belfast basin and space for plumbing for a washing machine and dryer. There is also room for an additional fridge/freezer.

The delightful pine spindle staircase leads up from the entrance hall, opening out onto the inviting galleried landing that leads throughout the first floor accommodation, this in turn affords access to a built-in storage cupboard and a fully boarded loft space which runs the entire length of the house. There are five bedrooms, four of which are double, the single bedroom is currently used as a study but could also be ideal as a nursery. Across the landing is the spacious family bathroom with bespoke panelling including bath and enclosed shower cubicle. The beautiful principal bedroom with ensuite, enjoys generous proportions and built-in wardrobes tailormade by a local craftsman, a window seat offers eye-catching views of Parlick and Jeffrey Hill. All five bedrooms together yield a panorama of Beacon Fell Country Park, Parlick and Jeffery Hill.
The private aspect over the rear courtyard creates a secluded haven and fantastic sun trap, perfect for entertaining. Set within tall stone walls the rear garden is a mix of stone flags, rosebushes and mature lawn. Continuing around the garden there are three stables, a tack room and double detached garage. To the side of the property you will find space for ample parking, and the front offers you the most majestic views of the Lancashire countryside, with gates to your own approximately three-acre field and small paddock to the side, perfect for a menage.
