Matthews Benjamin have offices in Windermere and Ambleside, two of
the main centres in the Lake District
National Park. As an area of outstanding national beauty to live in, work in or just
visit, the Lake District attracts people
from all over the globe.

Our main area of practice is within
the southern and central Lake District covering the main centres of Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness on Windermere and including the picturesque villages
of Hawkshead, Coniston, Grasmere
and Troutbeck.

Across our beautiful countryside and
villages the nature of property varies
greatly from the low ceiling white
washed cottages and farmsteads of
the 17th.and 18th. centuries to
substantial country houses and town properties of the Victorian era through
to the modern, sympathetic
developments and conversions of
traditional buildings.
