Costings

Each managed service is subject to a minimum one off set up fee, the actual cost is subject to final negotiation between landlord and agent.

  1. Fully Managed – Set up fee from £250 with the monthly management fee at 12% pcm
  2. Tenant Introduction – Set up fee will be one months rent, payable once tenancy commences.
  3. Rent Collection – Set up fee from £250 with the monthly management fee at 8% pcm

    • Rent and legal guarantee – From 2% pcm on rent achieved (Fully managed only)

    • Quarterly, Year End statements
    • All communications can be emailed up to a further 10 recipients (i.e. accountant/joint owners)
